WELCOME TO THIRD GRADE!

My name is Cathy O'Brien and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I have been teaching for over 25 years, the last 18 at Garvy. This year is my fourth year in the third grade position. My passion is to teach Language Arts and I've been blessed with 3 classes. My hope is to get your student so excited about reading and writing that it becomes their life long passion. As we begin this third grade journey together, a lot of learning will happen this year with your help and support ! So let the FUN begin!!!!
