Welcome!
Hello! My name is Patty Wennerberg. I am so excited to start my 3rd year teaching Kindergarten at Garvy School!
I have taught at Garvy as a Cadre Substitute in grades K-4 and as a Temporary Teacher in fourth grade and first grade. I am also a proud Garvy Bulldog Alumni parent! My undergraduate degree is in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in ESL (English as a Second Language) from National Louis University.
I became a teacher because I love children, and it’s my desire to see the joy on every kid’s face when they master a new concept. I believe EVERY child can grow, learn, and develop the confidence to be successful in school and in their lives.

I am excited to welcome our newest Bulldogs to Garvy! My undergraduate degree is in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in ESL from National Louis University.
