This program—one of the oldest traditions in CPS, going into its 56th year—attracts students from across all regions at the elementary and high school levels. Students will participate in music, theater and dance ensembles each Saturday during the fall semester, and then go on to perform in a full production at our Regional Showcase on December 15, 2018 . Students from the regional ensembles may then be eligible for nomination to the All-City Performing Arts Ensembles which will perform at the Harris Theater for Music & Dance at the Spring Showcase May 19th 2019. Students that participate are eligible for a scholarship to Columbia College.The application is now available.
